Simonstown Academy is Back All Details Here

The Simonstown Academy is back this coming Saturday morning at 10.00am for our Autumn/Winter Coaching on the All Weather Pitch. The schedule will consist of 2 x 3 week blocks of training on the following dates; 27th October 24th November 3rd November 1st December 10th November 8th December It is important to remember that all kids must wear a gumshield and it is no harm at this time of the year for them to wear football gloves given the damp and colder conditions. €2 subs each week. We look forward to seeing everyone back and ready for action on Saturday morning. Pics Under 7s Go games – 15th September

What a week for our U7s this week. They were presented with a lovely new set of jersys from O Connors Pharmacy Blackcastle S.C. Many thanks to Grace O Connor and staff for the sponsorship and to everyone who came along for the photos. They had their first outing with their new jerseys this morning against St Colmcilles with some great football skills and team playing on display. They are certainly coming together as a team. Mini Leagues Back 8th September

We are delighted to announce that the Simonstown Gaels GFC 2018 Mini Leagues will commence this year on Saturday 8th September & continue on Wednesday 12th, Wednesday 19th with Finals Night on Saturday 22nd. The Mini Leagues will cater for kids born in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012 (6-11 year olds). Entry fee is €5 & we are encouraging as many as possible to pre-register over the next couple of weeks. More details to follow...

Congratulations to our U8’s who are St. Ultans/Cortown Gaels Shield Winners 2018. Well done to everyone who took part over the 2 days and to Derek O’Brien & his Committee on what was a really well organised Blitz.
