Crosse goal boosts thirds

Keith Crosse's second half goal sent the third string on the road to victory in the first round of the B FL Division 4 against Rathkenny in Simonstown on Sunday.

The home side trailed by 0-3 to 0-4 at the break but were boosted by the corner forward's second half strike.

Points from Keith Brady and substitute Rory O'Connor kept Rathkenny at bay.
