Despite enjoying a seven point head start, the seniors had to rely on a Shane Kieran injury time point to gain a share of the spoils from this FL Division 1 clash against Dunshaughlin in Simonstown on Sunday.

With Shane O'Rourke, Shane O'Neill and Seamus Kenny prominent in the early stages, the team in sky blue led by 0-7 to 0-0 after a quarter of an hour.

They led by 0-8 to 0-3 at the break but Dunshaughlin were the better team in the second half and looked to have bagged both points before Kieran's point a minute into injury time.
