Jigsaw, our charity partner are calling on the Simonstown community to get behind them for their annual Sea Dip— let’s get as many teams and members involved as possible! 🙌
This is open to both our GAA and LGFA teams so let's get as many teams as possible out there for this great cause 💪

📍 Laytown Beach
⏰ 10am–11.30am

Make it a team bonding morning, fun training session or simply a chance to get together outside the usual routine? Bring teammates, family and friends — everyone is welcome! 💛

🎶 Music & great atmosphere
☕ Coffee & chats
🥶 And, of course… a dip!

You don’t need to be a sea swimmer — it’s all about showing up, having fun and supporting young people’s mental health.
